Yes, you need a state certificate in Tennessee to run pilot car services. You must be 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and complete a pilot driving course within 12 months of its availability.
Tennessee does not accept any other state certificates. You need to pass a course and a test to get certified. The approved programs are:
